On Saturday I had the privilege of watching two of the sweetest people officially become a family. Natalie was such a gorgeous bride, and after putting on her dress she turned to me and said that this was the wedding of her dreams. I was truly moved by the emotion of the day, and the love that radiated off Natalie and Scott and surrounded them through their family and friends. I had a great time photographing this truly special day and I wish nothing but the best for you two! (If you'd like to see more photos from Scott and Natalie's wedding check out my website, www.lindseycahillphotography.com, they are the featured wedding). These two are my favorite photos of Scott - the above because it looks as if he's trying to eat the cake with Natalie and below because he's rocking out :)
I met Ginger through one of my brides and she asked me to take some family portraits of her with her brother and sister to use as a gift for their parents. These three were so much fun, laughing the whole time, and I'm glad I got to share this day with them.
I went to visit Erica in San Francisco last week and we had some time so we went out in front of her apartment and took some photos. We thought the newsstands looked cool so we climbed up on top and had some fun, and then of course we had to have some street shots :) I took the ones of Erica and she took mine (these are her edits to the photos).
I am a passionate and creative person who loves to find fun and exciting ways to express my creativity. I enjoy all facets in which to stretch the creative muscle - from a BA in Creative Writing, to abstract painting, to tissue mosiacs, to design and finally to digital photography and processing. I have always had a strong interest in photography (I was an avid scrapbooker in high school) and it has been an interesting journey becoming a professional photographer. I have had a great mentor (Erica Berger, you can check out her website and blog at www.ericaberger.info) to show me the ropes in the digital world and I am having a blast being a part of the white (and yet very colorful) world of weddings!
