Mike and Joanne were married October 3rd in the Presidio at the San Francisco Film Center. It was such a wonderful San Franciscan day. Joanne got ready at the Kabuki hotel, looking more then lovely when we left to go meet up with Mike and have their first sight at the Palace of Fine Arts. We spent some time taking portraits at the POFA (after Mike and Joanne had their moment, which was more then sweet), and it was a lot of fun photographing their intimate wedding party in the various places we could find (which was a bit challenging since there were a number of people out enjoying the beautiful weather). We finished up the pre-ceremony portraits at a great wooded area before heading down the hill for the ceremony. Their ceremony was tearfully sweet, very moving as they exchanged vows and became husband and wife. After walking down the aisle, we headed into some real fun - their wedding party had some funny, touching toasts - and their wedding guests know how to dance. Everyone was tearing up the dance floor, especially Joanne's dad and Mike's sister! I had a blast photographing this special day for you two - thanks for allowing me to be a part of it!!
Also, I have blogged some of my favorite photos of the day, but Mike and Joanne are now the Featured Wedding on my website, so you can check that out for more photos!
